But many times, staff leave the company after they have acquired training and are fully equipped to provide the best services. Therefore, employers prepare an agreement of staff training conditions so that employees are bound to repay what has been spent on them by the employer through their hard work and services.

Terms and conditions of staff training agreement are provided below,
This agreement shall commence from date (__/__/__) and should be taken seriously.
All employees of the company will be required to receive training before starting the actual work.
This agreement will be operational right after the joining of an employee.
Employees will be receiving training in the form of an association or group to mark the attendance of each employee.
After the completion of training, each employee will be bound to work for the company on a contract of 2 years.
Employees will not be allowed to leave their job after they have finished training.
In case of resignation before the 2-year contract is over, employee will have to suffer serious consequences.
Termination of any employee before the contract is completed, will not cause any problem for the employee.
During training, employees will be provided with food, but no employee will be paid by the company unless they start their regular work at the company.
This agreement is drafted for a period of two years and will not be effective after the period is over.
All the expenses of training including fees, instructors, place, and food will be the responsibility of employer.
If any employee is adamant about leaving after training, then employee has to pay the training fees to company.
Training fees is not repayable i.e., no amount will be deducted from the employee’s pay.
Amendments to the agreement can be possible if both parties agree to changed terms and conditions.
This agreement is being prepared in the presence of legal counsels of both parties to ensure that both parties are aware of their rights.
Presence of witness during drafting of agreement will be ensured to let the process run smoothly between both parties.
