A petcare agreement also known as a pet sitting agreement is a written document between the owner of the pet and a pet caregiver stating the conditions under which the pet will be cared for.
A Petcare agreement is an official document and can be used in a court of law to summon caregivers for their behavior with pets. These agreements are mostly in place because many pet owners cannot take their pets for daily walks or other activities. They hire professional services for this purpose and can also keep a check on the activities of caregivers.

This agreement shall commence from date (__/__/__) and should be followed seriously.
Caregiver will be responsible for the proper care of pet during the time of service.
No pet will be left unattended during the period.
In case of any incident, owner will be notified immediately to take necessary measures
Caregiver will be allowed to give food which is recommended or provided by the owner.
Only one service provider (caregiver) will be taking care of pet.
In case of any health issues, caregiver is allowed to seek the help of a qualified veterinarian.
It is important to inform owner about name and address of veterinarian as early as possible.
If owner is willing to pay extra for a special caregiver than service provider is not allowed to seek more job at the given period.
Owner is responsible for paying extra charges when caregiver takes care of the pet for extra hours.
Pet care service provider is responsible for providing services of pet walking, activities, feeding and games.
Caregiver will cater for 4 days in a week. All the days will be alternated to make sure that pet enjoys a rest day between activities.
If caregiver not any signs that require immediate medical attention, then caregiver should intimidate owner about the issue.
If pet require any medicines or seek proper treatment, then owner should be informed immediately.
Behaviour of pet towards people and other beings in the natural environment should be observed closely and notes must be delivered to the owner.
This agreement is drafted in the presence of legal counsels of both parties to make sure that they are treated fairly, and no clause harms the other one in general.
Client can take serious actions if the pet is not properly cared for.
Service provider can inform related authorities if they notice any signs of abuse with the pet.
This agreement is signed in the presence of credible witnesses provided by both parties.
