I hope you are doing great. I am writing this letter to give you a follow-up on your interview held on 20th October 20xx for the post of a Lecturer. It’s a pleasure to tell you that your academic qualifications and skills are matching our requirements. We welcome you on board under the following terms and conditions: 

  1. This job will be considered contractual and in no case, the candidate will be given a permanent position.
  2. The candidate must provide the original documents to HR which will remain in their custody for the period of contract.
  3. This contact will be effective from 3rd November 20xx till 3rd May 20xx. It will be considered for one semester only. For the next semester, the candidate will be appearing again in front of the selection board to get an extension in the contract.
  4. No medical or other allowances will be given to the candidate. 
  5. The candidate will not claim for provident fund.
  6. Ten sick leave and 5 casual leaves will be allowed in the contractual period. 
  7. The salary will be a lump sum amount of $ [x] and will be given at the end of the contract.
  8. Experience certificate will be given at the end of the contract.

I hope all is well with you. In response to your request for managing the event, I am writing to inform you that we have a free slot available at your required time and date. We are willing to work with you under some terms and conditions. I am listing the terms below so you may read them and let me know if you are willing to sign them.  

  1. All the members of the event management team will be having 24 hours of access to the premises 3 days before the event.
  2. All the vendors will be selected by the event management team and no outsider will be allowed on the premises other than the selected members.

The equipment for lighting, decorations, and other material will be brought by the team itself. No extra charges will be paid 

  1. other than the decided amount of $ [X] 
  2. The menu of the lunch/dinner will be based on one dish. The preference will be selected from the menu attached with the agreement.
