Sample Letter

Dear Mr. /Ms.  [NAME HERE],

I am writing this letter to make a complaint against the discrimination. I have been working for this company for three years. You are aware that I got a major accident in the second year of my job. Due to that accident, one leg got a major injury which will heal in almost 2 to 3 years. Until that time I am unable to walk properly.

Being a supply manager, I have an outstanding record. But, I am not being promoted to the deserving post. My time, skills, and experience are just meeting the requirement of my promotion. But, my disability is being considered in delaying my promotion. This is my second complaint on the same issue. My last complaint’s reference number is WR34.

I request you to take notice and take the required actions as to avoid legal actions.
